September often feels like a hangover from summer: kids are back in school, consumer spending dips, and schedules thin out. But, the solution isn’t to wait it out. The solution is intentionality.
Dr. Dhoon and Dr. Briskie walked through smart reactivation campaigns, low-overhead promotions (such as free PRF or buildups), and fee audits that can immediately boost Q4 production. They also shared how to front-load August by deferring lower-value cases into September thereby filling that calendar without burning out the team.
Dave Roehr reminded us that our greatest untapped asset might already be sitting in the charts: unfunded treatment plans. With Proceed Finance’s tools, you can pre-screen old cases for financing eligibility and revive big-ticket cases that never moved forward.
