As we go into 2022 job openings remain high in every industry and, listening to our members, we know it’s a struggle to fill open positions in every area of the dental practice. Creating a successful hiring system isn’t a challenge unique to the dental industry.
Based on a study by the US Chamber of Commerce 65% of people who became unemployed during the pandemic have no plan to return to the workforce until at least Q2 of 2022.
That is a disheartening statistic, however there are things you can do to maximize the time you spend on your hiring process and efficiently select the right candidates for the position.
